Butter and margarine
No debate here! At the St-Laurent cheese factory, you can choose between “Beurre du Lac” or margarine, depending on your preference.
Butter is available in a one-pound (454 g) size, while margarine is available in one-pound, two-pound, or three-kilo sizes.
Butter Ingredients
Ingredients: Pasteurized cream (milk), pasteurized whey cream, salt.
Margarine ingredients
Ingredients: Soybean oil, water, modified palm and palm kernel oil, salt, monoglycerides, soy lecithin, potassium sorbate, natural flavors, vitamin A palmitate, vitamin D3, beta-carotene.
